On Saudi National Day, we celebrate our heritage in our own way! 
 
#ZADK Culinary Academy celebrated Saudi National Day 96 with an event that highlighted the richness of Saudi cuisine and the diversity of its culinary heritage. Our students showcased their creativity by preparing dishes inspired by different regions across the Kingdom. 
 
The celebration featured live culinary demonstrations, a variety of national activities, and the launch of the book “Saudi Cuisine: Our Heritage Between Past and Present.”
