Main duties and responsibilities:
• Receiving raw materials and preparing, processing, and cooking meats, chicken, vegetables, and other foods to prepare the dishes listed on the menu.
• Preparing soups, making salads and both cold and hot appetizers, boiling and cooking oriental foods.
• Preparing the dishes after they are cooked, placing them in appropriate containers, and getting them ready for serving.
• Supervising the cleaning of cooking and food utensils and ensuring adherence to safety and public health procedures and guidelines.
