About Us

ZADK Culinary Art Ltd is a non-profit and independent Saudi company that will serve as a channel for transformation within the Saudi Arabian food sector. ZADK aims to build a top-quality and best-in-class culinary academy, a base platform to drive social change, support Saudization efforts, and help to eradicate unemployment. ZADK was founded by Mrs. Rania Moualla, a Saudi philanthropist who dreams of providing the youth with a chance to achieve the highest level of academic excellence in culinary education. ZADK will do this through a hands-on approach, so they are well-prepared to work for established food businesses both locally and globally.

ZADK Code of Ethics

The ZADK Code of Ethics provides the foundation for our business culture and underscores our commitment to performance with integrity. The Code of Ethics provides guidelines for employee behavior and affirms our commitment to uphold our core values such as our commitment to our employees, standards of work, and our relationship with our communities. We embrace the ZADK Code of Ethics, every day and in every aspect of professionalism.

To promote compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, the Board of Directors has adopted a Whistle blowing Policy in Code of conduct that reiterates the standards and to protect ZADK and all who are performing official duties on its behalf, in various capacities as ZADK Representatives.  The policy provides information on reporting potential violations regarding suspected improper accounting or auditing practices, illegal or unethical conduct or behavior, conflict of interest in finances or other aspects of ZADK operations

Message from the founder

For some, food is a routine part of life. For others, the culinary arts are a calling – a real passion. At ZADK Academy, we share this passion. The development of professionals who will move the culinary arts forward is the mission that drives us. The ZADK Academy provides an invaluable foundation for passionate Saudis who aspire to be world-class chefs and restaurateurs. We aim to nurture students’ creativity and imagination. At the same time, they widen and develop their culinary knowledge and hone their essential cooking skills under the expert guidance of international chefs in state-of-the-art kitchen facilities. The Academy’s comprehensive training prepares students for their future in the culinary arts and provides employers with competent individuals who add value in a professional environment. By directly sponsoring a ZADK student, or offering an internship within your business, you will be providing a talented, passionate Saudi, with the platform to realize their career aspirations. Your contribution towards the growth and development of the cultural life and industry of Saudi Arabia will ensure The Kingdom’s place on the international culinary stage, standing shoulder to shoulder with the world’s finest.
