Application Procedure

Thank you for your interest in ZADK!

We’re excited to welcome you on your culinary journey.

 

Step 1: Submit Your Application

Click Apply Now to begin your application. You’ll be redirected to Academia’s sign-up page.

Once registered, you will receive an email with:

  • Your Applicant ID and Password
  • A link to access the Applicant Portal

Log in and complete the following sections:

  • Program Details
  • Personal Details
  • Address Details
  • Upload Documents
  • Declarations

Once submitted, you will receive an email confirming that your application has been received.

 

Required Documents (PDF Format)

Please prepare the following documents before starting your application:

  1. Official high school certificate(s) or transcript(s) (stamped)
  2. Proof of English proficiency (minimum B1 level – CEFR)
  3. Copy of your ID card (original required upon registration)
  4. Passport-style photo (JPEG, 600 x 600 pixels)
  5. Motivation letter (approx. 250 words) explaining why you want to join ZADK

 

Step 2: Screening & Interview Process

All applications are reviewed within 7 to 14 working days.

If your application meets the eligibility criteria, our team will contact you to schedule a screening call.
During this call, we will:

  • Assess your English proficiency
  • Understand your passion for the culinary arts
  • Answer any questions you may have about the program

If you pass the screening, you will be invited to a second interview as part of the continued evaluation process.

Step 3: Admission and Confirmation

If your application is successful and the requested course is still available, you will receive a Provisional Letter of Acceptance within one week.

To secure your seat:

  • confirmation fee must be paid within 10 days of receiving the acceptance letter.
  • Full bank details will be provided in the letter.
  • If you receive the acceptance letter six weeks or less before the course start date, the full course fee must be transferred immediately.
  • Please note: If the confirmation fee is not paid on time, your place in the course is not guaranteed.

If you’re unable to make the payment within the specified deadline, please contact the ZADK Admissions Office to request an extension.

The paid confirmation fee will be deducted from your total course fees.

 

Step 4: Final Acceptance

Your official Letter of Acceptance will be issued once the confirmation fee has been received.

To complete your enrollment:

  • The remaining balance of the tuition fees must be transferred to the Academy’s account no later than two weeks after receiving the Letter of Acceptance.

Please ensure timely payment to secure your place in the program.

Visa Application

Applicants outside Saudi Arabia will require to apply for a student visa application through Saudi embassy.

Students will need the acceptance letter and receipt of confirmation fee payment to apply for their visa.

Visa application approval will be issued by the authorities and this decision is based on rules and regulations of each country.
