Young women and men are training at the ZADK Academy, which is said to be Saudi Arabia’s first culinary institution, with the aim of finding employment in the country’s growing tourism sector. Vanesse Chan has the details.

Zaidoon represents a Saudi pop-up concept in collaboration with Kempinski Al Othman Hotel. Our initiative aims to showcase the graduation dishes of our graduates, featuring authentic traditional Saudi cuisine, thoughtfully innovated, and presented using modern culinary techniques. 

ZADK Academy extends its acknowledgment to Mrs. Rania Moualla, Chairman of its Board, for her recent award as the philanthropic leader of the Year. This honor was awarded at the KSA Women’s Achievements Awards 2024, hosted by Arabian Business Magazine in Riyadh. The event gathered leading female leaders and catalysts for change from across the Kingdom. 

ZADK’s Chairman, Mrs. Rania Moualla, partnered with Goody Culinary Solutions to train students for food sector innovation. The collaboration features annual events like cooking competitions and virtual workshops and raising awareness of the culinary services market.
