Intensive Culinary Program

Our 3-Weeks Intensive Culinary Program is designed to help trainees master classic techniques, cooking methods, and plate presentation. This comprehensive course offers precise training in essential culinary skills, with a blend of hands-on practice and expert guidance, trainees will refine their abilities to create visually stunning and flavorful dishes, preparing them for professional culinary careers or enhancing their home cooking expertise.

 

Title and Accreditation

The 3-week intensive professional program is accredited by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) and recognized by Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland.

 

Duration

60 Hours

Our One-Week Intensive courses is designed to give enthusiasts and professionals an immersive introduction to diverse culinary disciplines. This focused courses can vary from cuisines around the world, essential training in restaurant cost management and quality control, ensuring participants gain both creative and operational skills, as well as, Saudi Arabian cuisine and International pastry and bakery courses. Through hands-on practice and expert instruction, participants will enhance their culinary knowledge, refine their skills, and gain valuable insight into both local and international culinary traditions.

 

Title and Accreditation

The One-week intensive professional program is from the accredited curriculum by the Technical & Vocational Training Corporation delivered at ZADK, where you will be granted a certificate of completion from ZADK.
