Our 3-Week Intensive Culinary Program is designed to help trainees master classic techniques, cooking methods, and plate presentation. This comprehensive course offers precise training in essential culinary skills, with a blend of hands-on practice and expert guidance, trainees will refine their abilities to create visually stunning and flavorful dishes, preparing them for professional culinary careers or enhancing their home cooking expertise.

Title and Accreditation The 3-week intensive professional program is accredited by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) and recognized by Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland.
