ZADK Academy Partners with Plaza Premium Group to Train Saudi Youth

ZADK – The Saudi Culinary Arts Academy has signed a partnership with Plaza Premium Group, the global leader in the independent airport lounge sector and the world’s largest independent airport hospitality operator, to deliver an employment-linked training program aimed at preparing Saudi talent for careers in the food and beverage, hospitality, and tourism sectors.

This partnership reflects the Academy’s commitment to empowering Saudi youth through high-quality training programs that combine academic education with hands-on experience, helping to develop skilled national talent that meets the evolving needs of the labor market and supports the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

In Partnership with Atta Al-Kheir: 8 Students Graduate to Fuel the Local Culinary Sector

An intake has graduated from an intensive two-month training program implemented in cooperation with Atta Al-Kheir. Spanning a total of 160 training hours, the program included 8 students who trained in a professional culinary environment. The curriculum covered baking, pastry arts, and food safety skills, alongside personal development, critical thinking, and entrepreneurship, with the goal of confidently preparing them for employment opportunities in the culinary sector and future success.

ZADK Partners with Benaa & AlTurki for Bakery & Pastry Training

ZADK – The Saudi Culinary Arts Academy signed a cooperation agreement with Benaa Foundation to implement a training program in bakery and pastry arts,
sponsored by Khalid Al Turki Company & Partner, represented by President & CEO, Mr. Rami Al Turki, in the presence of the Academy’s Chairwoman of the Board, Mrs. Rania Moualla, and the Foundation’s CEO, Mr. Abdullah Al Khaldi.

The program, comprising 80 training hours, is designed for the Foundation’s beneficiaries to enhance their skills and foster a promising future in the Kingdom’s culinary arts sector.

ZADK x NCMS

Exciting news! 🎉 ZADK has partnered with NCMS, a leading Saudi catering & facilities company, to sponsor and train our students through the HRDF program. This collaboration empowers Saudi youth, provides real-world experience, and supports Vision 2030 by developing national talent for the future of our workforce. 

ZADK x HRDF: Empowering Future Culinary Talent

The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), signed an agreement with ZADK – The Saudi Culinary Arts Academy during the Development Finance Conference in Riyadh, aimed at supporting and empowering job seekers in the field of culinary arts. 
The Fund was represented by the Deputy General Manager for Business, Mr. Feras Abdulaziz Abalkhail 
while the Academy was represented by the Chairwoman of the Board, Mrs. Rania Moualla. 
Thanks to our success partner, the Human Resources Development Fund, for supporting young men and women in the hospitality and culinary arts field, and special thanks to Mr. Turki bin Abdullah AlJawini 
for his continuous follow-up and dedication to developing national talent. 

ZADK x Topian (Neom): Advancing Culinary Innovation

ZADK – The Saudi Culinary Arts Academy has signed a strategic collaboration agreement with NEOM Food Company “Topian” to strengthen students’ research and practical capabilities, and to advance innovation in high-quality food recipes using cutting-edge culinary and advanced processing technologies, including 3D-printed food. 
As part of the agreement, students will participate in advanced practical training programs to develop innovative recipes using Topian ingredients, including agricultural products, plant-based proteins, and aquaculture items, in direct collaboration with the NEOM Food team. This effort supports the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in developing the national food sector, driving innovation, and promoting sustainability. 

ZADK x Adeera: Nurturing National Talent in Culinary Arts

ZADK Academy has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Adeera, a company under the Public Investment Fund, as part of a strategic effort to support and empower Saudi talent in the field of culinary arts within the hospitality and tourism sectors. 
The agreement includes collaboration in talent training and development programs, recruitment and employment initiatives, as well as research, innovation, and industry events, contributing to the growth of a sustainable culinary ecosystem in the Kingdom. 
 
Building on this shared ambition, Mrs. Rania Moualla, Founder & Chairman of ZADK, stated: “We are proud to join hands with Adeera in nurturing national talent through hands-on training and purpose-driven education. This collaboration is a step toward creating a strong culinary identity rooted in Saudi values and global standards.”
