Chef Mohammed Al-Salmani graduated from ZADK Culinary Academy and was awarded a scholarship to pursue his passion for culinary arts in Switzerland. Today, he returns as an instructor, sharing his knowledge and experience with a new generation of Saudi chefs.

We are proud to share that Mr. Christopher Topsy, Head of Education and Business Development, and Mr. Syed M. P. Abbas, Head of Corporate Services and Board Affairs, represented ZADK, the Saudi Culinary Arts Academy at the International Panel of Experts (IPOE) Forum, held at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland under the umbrella of the International Centre of Excellence in Tourism and Hospitality Education (THE-ICE).

On Saudi National Day, we celebrate our heritage in our own way!

#ZADK Culinary Academy celebrated Saudi National Day 96 with an event that highlighted the richness of Saudi cuisine and the diversity of its culinary heritage. Our students showcased their creativity by preparing dishes inspired by different regions across the Kingdom.

The celebration featured live culinary demonstrations, a variety of national activities, and the launch of the book “Saudi Cuisine: Our Heritage Between Past and Present.”
