Under the gracious patronage of the Prince of the Eastern Province, His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, we celebrated the graduation of 94 male and female students from ZADK, the Saudi Culinary Arts Academy, including students of Higher Diploma Intake 9, 10, and 11, alongside Associate Diploma Intake 2 and 3.

A journey that began with passion has culminated in achievement. Following the signing of their employment contracts, our graduates are stepping into promising careers in the world of professional culinary arts—equipped with knowledge, ambition, and a spirit of creativity. We are proud to contribute to developing national talent and supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 toward a more creative and excellent future.

Local Roots, Global Vision

In Partnership with Atta Al-Kheir: 8 Students Graduate to Fuel the Local Culinary Sector

An intake has graduated from an intensive two-month training program implemented in cooperation with Atta Al-Kheir. Spanning a total of 160 training hours, the program included 8 students who trained in a professional culinary environment. The curriculum covered baking, pastry arts, and food safety skills, alongside personal development, critical thinking, and entrepreneurship, with the goal of confidently preparing them for employment opportunities in the culinary sector and future success.

ZADK Hosts International Advisory Board Forum 2026

ZADK – The Saudi Culinary Arts Academy organized its International Advisory Board Forum, attended by board members and partners in the hospitality sector. The forum featured panel discussions on the global vision of the culinary field, the importance of sustainability and innovation, and nonprofit operating models, in addition to an interactive session with the academy’s students and alumni.

ZADK Honored with Best Ambassador Award at Academia Awards 2026

ZADK is pleased to announce that our organization has won the Best Ambassador Award for the Academia Student Information Management System at the Academia Awards 2026, presented by Academia by Serosoft.

This recognition highlights our strong commitment to advancing innovative academic solutions and supporting the digital transformation of education. It reflects ZADK’s continuous efforts to enhance learning experiences through technology and our active role in shaping the future of modern education.

This achievement stands as a testament to our vision and the collective dedication, passion, and hard work of our entire team.

We would like to extend special appreciation to our Operations Team, whose unwavering support, coordination, and commitment were instrumental in achieving this milestone. Their behind-the-scenes efforts ensure the seamless execution of our initiatives and play a vital role in driving our success.

We also proudly recognize IT Specialist Fatimah Alsaffar for her outstanding contributions to advancing the Academia platform and fostering meaningful engagement. Her proactive approach exemplifies the power of collaboration and innovation in transforming education.

ZADK Partners with Benaa & AlTurki for Bakery & Pastry Training

ZADK – The Saudi Culinary Arts Academy signed a cooperation agreement with Benaa Foundation to implement a training program in bakery and pastry arts,
sponsored by Khalid Al Turki Company & Partner, represented by President & CEO, Mr. Rami Al Turki, in the presence of the Academy’s Chairwoman of the Board, Mrs. Rania Moualla, and the Foundation’s CEO, Mr. Abdullah Al Khaldi.

The program, comprising 80 training hours, is designed for the Foundation’s beneficiaries to enhance their skills and foster a promising future in the Kingdom’s culinary arts sector.

Chef Dania Al-Zahrani Represents ZADK at the Young Chef Olympiad

With great pride, we announce that ZADK – The Saudi Culinary Arts Academy will be represented by one of our students, Chef Dania Al-Zahrani, at the Young Chef Olympiad in India on February 1, under the supervision of Head Chef of Instructors Youssef Al-Jabasini.  
We wish Chef Dania the very best and hope she achieves outstanding results that honor the Kingdom.
